We have managed to secure a luxury hotel in Eastbourne a minutes’ walk from the sea front and main shopping centre.
Front bedroom windows enjoy a view across the Bandstand to the English Channel. 75 Modern well furnished en-suite centrally heated bedrooms, all with colour TV’s and tea/coffee making facilities and are served by a lift.
This intends to be a fun exclusive weekend for the TG community and their friends, filled with entertainment, discos, trade stands and meals.
Disabled facilities available with the exception of access to the ball room (this is a standard flight of stairs with double hand rails) 
Costs of the weekend per person (based on sharing) is £125.00
Single room supplement (single occupancy in a double room) £25.00
The total cost includes bed and breakfast, evening meals, entertainments (disco, etc.), and administration charges.
A deposit of £30 per person is payable to secure your place for this event. The deposit is non-refundable.

The balance of payment must be paid by 31st January, 2009.
