A deposit of £30 per person is payable to secure your place for this event. The deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations:-
Up until 31st January a full refund minus the deposit.
1st February
Cancellations after 19th February will not attract a refund under any circumstances as the hotel would have been booked and paid for by this time.
We recommend that any person(s) booking for the event should take out their own holiday cancellation insurance. The deposit is always non-refundable.
NB: All Hotel bookings must be in your legal names. This is due to a health and safety requirement by law that all legal names are given for each person(s) booking.
Credit/Debit Card & PayPal payments for this event incur a 4% surcharge (This has already been added to the amounts below)
