Our weekend March 2009 in Eastbourne, was so successful and popular with all our guests that we will be returning to the same hotel again next year, situated just off Grand Parade, opposite the Bandstand and only minutes from the main shopping centre, theatres and beach.Due to a price increase by the hotel, the cost will be £145.00* per person.

A deposit of £30 per person is payable to secure your place for this event. The deposit is non-refundable. Please send a SAE for your booking confirmation.

The balance of payment must be paid by 30th January, 2010

Cancellations:
Up until 31st January a full refund minus the deposit.
1st February - 19th February 50% refund minus the deposit.
Cancellations after 19th February will not attract a refund under any circumstances as the hotel would have been booked and paid for by this time.
We recommend that any person(s) booking for the event should take out their own holiday cancellation insurance. The deposit is always non-refundable.
