Manchester Pride, in partnership with The Drag Kings of Manchester, is thrilled to announce the launch of an exciting series of summer workshops: The House of Queens, Kings and Holy Things. 

Exclusively for members of Youth Pride MCR aged 14 to 18, and those up to 25 with additional needs, this innovative drag school offers a transformative experience in the world of drag.

I donned my custom-made trans-colour dress/outfit and attended The Rainbow Fayre; at the event, people were lovely and complimentary, wanting to say 'Hi' and have photos taken with me. My travel to and from the event was more interesting as local people were happy to see me, again complimentary, cheering and waving as I walked.

This is an annual event that started in New York as a way of cheering people up as the January blues set in, no other reason. It has since spread around the world with various cities organising their own ones.

My reasons for going were partly because a lot of crossdressers & tgirls are nervous about riding the train. I used to be one, and I wanted to show how brave I can be now. With the other reason being that I’m an attention seeking tart.

We're very excited that our Eastbourne weekend (Friday 8th to Monday 11th October) is less than four weeks away.

Although the accommodation is fully booked, we have some daytime and evening only tickets available. So if you are local or wish to stay at an alternative hotel, why not come along?

The Trans Radio UK Christmas Ball 2020, well that it was meant to have been when it was booked over a year ago but Covid came along and the Christmas Ball became the Spring 2021 Ball which then became the Summer Ball 2021 and people were eagerly waiting to take their first steps out and back to being in a social environment again.
